Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TurboVids (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Use of Service
TurboVids provides video hosting, processing, and playback services. Features may change, be added, or removed at any time without notice.
You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any content you upload (“Content”).
By using the Service, you agree that you:
- have all necessary rights to upload, store, and distribute your Content
- grant TurboVids a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, and deliver your Content as part of the Service
- will not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful, deceptive, sexually explicit, excessively violent, political advocacy, religious promotion, extremist, or otherwise objectionable Content
- will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
We may determine what constitutes a violation at our sole discretion.
Content Restrictions
TurboVids is a privately operated platform and reserves the right to restrict the categories of content permitted on the Service.
Content that may be removed or restricted includes, but is not limited to:
- pornography or sexually explicit material
- graphic violence, gore, or disturbing content
- political campaigning, propaganda, or activism
- religious promotion, recruitment, or preaching
- hateful, extremist, or harassing material
- misleading, fraudulent, or abusive content
TurboVids may determine the suitability of Content at its sole discretion, whether or not the Content is lawful in a particular jurisdiction.
We are not obligated to provide warnings, explanations, or appeals before taking action.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
TurboVids is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Billing and Plans
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
We may:
- change pricing at any time
- modify or discontinue plans
- suspend or restrict access for failed or overdue payments
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not entitle you to refunds for unused time unless required by law.
Service Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted or error-free operation
- availability at all times
- retention or preservation of Content
Content may be removed, lost, or become unavailable at any time.
Termination
We may, at our sole discretion and without notice:
- remove or restrict access to any Content
- suspend or terminate accounts
- take any action we consider necessary to protect the Service or comply with legal obligations
This applies whether or not a clear violation of these Terms has occurred.
Copyright
We respect intellectual property rights.
If you believe Content on the Service infringes your rights, you may submit a request via the Contact page.
We may remove Content and take action against repeat infringers, including account termination.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurboVids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TurboVids from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- your use of the Service
- your Content
- your violation of these Terms
Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
